Yep and its with your host Neutral12! I discovered this while trying to make new generations of chao. Like always.... Then one day i breeded a normal chao with a sky blue one. And behold! It was blue with dark blue tips! Then i petted it with a hero type charactor and........ It looked the same only with dark blue rings! Then i did it with dark. It looked like a blitz chao with light blue tips! COOL!!!!! I made it a neutral power type. It was the coolest chao on earth! It had a blue body green zig zags. dark blue hands and pure a pure green tail!
If you want to make a different color. Follow the directions givin and wala! It has orked for every kind i had so far! Well...... Maybe not jewel. But this does work for shiny!

Judging from what you're saying, it sounds like a 2-tone sky blue chao. Nothing special about that, however if you can provide a pic or otherwise to demonstrate otherwise, I will sticky this again.

 Ok this just very few of the ones i made. Because i made A LOT! I repeat A LOT! These all started as ifferent colors and evolved from diferent colors. None of these started out with the normal color They NEVER has the normal color. So this is roof for you. Also the pink one is a pink gaurdian chao! I got it from mating. And MSC don't even say what i think you are. It is a pink gaurdian! Also sorry they are so bright but thes all started from diferent colors. |

I call it a "Pink 2-tone N/R/F" chao. XP
Anyway, all those are is 2tone chao. Sorry to burst your bubble, but those aren't special.

Dude no offense but you are absolutley wrong. The pink one started as a purple chao with orange tips. It then became a pink gaurdian. Then red and black one started as dark red and red tips. Then it became the current color. The reala chao started as lime green and yellow tips. I made it dark so it became black with yellow tips. Then it became the reala chao with the red and yellow tips.
If you still don't believe me i will create a movie showing me changing its colors.

Um... no offense but, 2tone chao are supposed to change colors. Purple with orange tips is a pink 2tone. Dark red with red tips is 2tone red. Limegreen with yellow tips is 2tone limegreen.

WTF!?!?!? I always hought these were monotones!  Also two-tones were supposed to stay the same color! Thats what i heard. |

No, it's monotones that stay the same color.  Unless, of course, it's MTN, in which case the color does change. |
